I had been an aspiring comedian for decades without knowing that’s what I wanted to be. I always make jokes, I can’t help it. Even in the worst times (especially at the worst times), I find ways to make jokes, be sarcastic, or sometimes just mock the situation I’m in to find the funny. Most of the time I do this purely to make myself laugh. For me, some of the funniest jokes are those that make me laugh and leave others looking at me as though I’ve gone a bit mad.

I’ve been lucky to be gigging for a couple of years now, and I’ve had good and hilariously bad gigs. I don’t expect to ever be a professional, but I admire those whose spotlights I get to briefly share, and I love the audiences who laugh with me. As the man says – I’ll stop doing them when you stop laughing.
